Shipping Policy

Our office operates on normal business days: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. All times are specified at Eastern Time (USA). 

Except as noted below*, all orders received before 3pm ET on a normal business day will ship the same business day. Orders received after 3pm may ship same business day if we can get them out before mail pickup, but will definitely ship no later than next business day.  Similarly, orders that arrive after hours, overnight, or on a weekend will ship next business day.

* Note:   Our goal is to get products out as fast as possible, same or next business day.  From time to time there may be a unique special case related to a specific item. In that case any deviations to the normal policy will be explicitly stated on a specific product detail page prior to placing orders.
