Butter Brewer

I’ve always made my infusions on stovetop with the decarb step in the oven. This is so much easier! Everything can be done in the same pot without the potential for loss in the transfer from pan to pot after decarbing! Also, this brewer produced a better yield with both total end product and potency compared to my previous method. I yielded 25% more infused butter in my very first batch using the recommended settings for decarb and the butter button. More of the milk solids were retained due to the controlled temperature which made it much easier to bake with compared to the clarified butter/ghee type result I was used to. Worth the investment if you produce a lot of edibles, the increased yield will pay for itself!
